At The Brand Bees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling.

    3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as per your preference and product availability.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at info.thebrandbees@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our team.

4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your return will be processed.

5. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirming account details.

  • Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

7. Exchanges
  • The exchange products will delivery within 5 to 7 days
